Love this game!! The device feels so sturdy and well made. The feel and sound of the device is so nice! The game is responsive and has SO many levels!! Love having the "easier" mode (shown in video) and the harder mode, as well as single player or two player modes. Will absolutely be buying more games from Giiker.

I’m an early childhood educator so quite picky about kids gifts- well I got this for my 8&6 year old nephews for the holidays and they predictably loved it - it has the kind of blinky appeal that is perfect for kids that show an interest in all things gaming/tech but is still quite analog & definitely a great exercise for their brains! My husband (35 lol) was so into it that I had to cut him off from playing with it when I needed to wrap it :) There are seemingly endless (500+?) difficulty levels so it is equally as fun and challenging for adults, and levels can be switched between easily so everyone can enjoy it at different times (my SIL texted us to tell us she was playing it after their bedtime the night they got it!)

I bought the Super Decoder for my little kid, but the Sudoku was for me :-) It’s a lot of fun to play, the earlier levels are of course very easy for grown ups, but the later levels are great. I also really like the sound and feel of putting the number keys in, it’s like an old typewriter. Really cool bit of kit.

I am so glad that I got the Super Decoder. The Instagram ads got me. It's a nice screen-free logic game that is engaging and simple to use. It's great for all ages and has an easy and harder mode that you can switch betwen. If you like playing Sudoku, this game offers a similar experience where you use logic-reasoning to determine which color goes in one of the four slots. One note: To mute/unmute, power it on then immediately press and hold the orange button and then release.

Mastermind for the modern age with giiker twists. The super decoder has two modes of play single player where you play though predefined levels that vary in difficulties. Dual mode which is a sort of two player mode where one person chooses a code and the other tries to brake it. The device itself is broken down into a 4x7 of multi colored LEDS. Each row consists of a guess. In single player mode you the first row consists of clue to get you started. Its then up to you to guess the colour and correct space. You have two modes that give hints. Hints consists of direct and indirect. The direct hint appear under the row for each color this takes away some of the difficult. The indirect hints are off to the side by each row. The hints tell you either the if the colour is right and if its in the right place, it will also tell you the colour is right but in the wrong place like wise the hints will also tell you if the colour is wrong.You can easily switch these modes with the switch on side.It’s surprising how challenging both modes can be in the higher levels. You can skip the simpler levels and move to the higher levels if you wish. The super coder it’s self is intriguing. I don't think I’ve so many comments about device before. It’s a talking point people want to know what it is and what the funny light do. It's not just cool from game perspective but also engineering. You can see someone has taken great care to managing the overall power design of the device. Like the led dimming not only dose it save power but it’s easy on the eye too. I was excited to get this for my son but I had no idea how big of a hit it would be! He played it on his own right away and then we played in two-player mode for almost an hour on the airplane. Everyone in the family keeps picking it up throughout the day. It’s smaller than I thought, and perfect for his hands and to tuck in for restaurants (no pieces to lose!). I love that it can be muted and stays that way when turned off and back on. We even created a new game with our 3 year old, in two player mode we let her set the code and then when it disappears she tries to remember the code she created. We also have super slider and love that too. These games are truly the best!
