I ordered this for my oldest, who just discovered Tetris, but since this arrived both kiddos are enamored with this puzzle toy! While it’s not exactly analog as it does require 2 AA batteries, the simplicity and challenge is so awesome. There are 16 blocks of different shapes, 4 each in 4 different colors. The challenges start with a single color and get harder, there are timed challenges, and the volume is pretty low, which is a welcome change from a lot of other toys that take batteries. The pegs that present the shape challenge are nice and bright when they light up. The game encourages fine motor and hand-eye coordination, shape and color recognition, etc. The only frustrating thing I have noticed is that a puzzle may have more than one “correct” solution based on how the colors are identified on the back side by little tabes (picture attached of the backside of the shapes that show these tabs), which means you may have to jumble things around a bit for it to be considered “correct” by the game. A little frustrating for kids in particular that not every combination is recognized as correct, but makes it more challenging for older/more advanced strategizing. The whole family loves this!
I got this for my son who loves puzzles & he doesn't want to stop playing. It comes nicely packaged with a drawstring bag that holds all of the pieces. The object of the game is to place the appropriate colored pieces to cover the lighted areas. The game determines which colors you're supposed to use for each round. After completing one level, another more difficult level is presented. After a few rounds, the player is given a more challenging timed level to complete. Each level builds to using more colored pieces. My son has played for two days & reached level 136 and counting. This game is a fantastic gift for those who love puzzles!
I originally bought this for my 6-year-old niece, but then my 3-year-old got ahold of it and loved it so much that I bought another! We play it every day; it has been well worth the money. The lower levels are perfect for a 3-year-old, but they get progressively harder, and she needs more help. This is one of those toys that I enjoy helping with so I don't mind. We plan to buy more as gifts for other friends and family!
I purchased this for my 4 year old as a Christmas present. Although the box says age 6+ he has mastered it already, although we had to read the instructions and explain how to use it as he’s only learning to read. He seems to enjoy playing it and it keeps his focus for a long time, maybe 30 minutes, and it’s a great alternative to screen time. Sometimes the pieces don’t register as being in the correct place even though they are, so you need to pick them up and reapply, but this is minor. I also think the instructions could be a bit more detailed, for example by explaining all the levels/colours and how to move between them. This is something that I’m still figuring out. However, even with these minor issues I’m very impressed with this toy, and will recommend it to others.
We love this game and mom likes to play it after the kids are in bed. It’s great for the 5.5 year old but the 4 year old also gets a lot out of playing it. These puzzles are really fun and I love that it’s not screen time.
This little electronic device offers an introduction and dare I say an alternative into the gaming world without going straight to play consoles on screens!
The best toy ever. No screens, special reasoning, puzzle solving, magic. It’s gently rewarding whenever my kid solves a puzzle that it encourages him to keep going. I brought this on a mommy-and-me vacation and it kept him occupied for three hours (on and off one hour at a time) while I got ready in the hotel room, we ate dinner, and listened to music.
My 4 1/2 year old loves this game. He is able to play independently and is excited to solve the puzzles. Wish the packaging was a little better. Would love to have it with a case so he can take it on the go.
This is the most stimulating activity that I have used to relax and recharge myself in between assignments. I really enjoy this product as it keeps me occupied and helps me focus.
Overall it is a great design. But I found that sometime when you put in the right piece and their desired colour it doesn't register. Also this happens after remove and reinsert the correct pieces back and still fail to register. I wish they fix this problem. It happened quite frequently unfortunately.
I purchased the super blocks for myself and am absolutely obsessed. This is such a great game for anyone who enjoys brain-teasing games/puzzles and particularly appreciates the additional sensory features. It's also portable and comes with a cute carrying case!
My 5 year old loved this. Great way to get him to take a break from screen time. The hint/learning mode was also nice to keep him from getting frustrated on sone of the harder levels.
I bought this on a whim and while it is marketed at children (and I am in my mid-30s!), I have had a lot of fun with it. I use it as a "brain break" when I feel my attention slipping at work and have even shared it with my mom in her 70s. Definitely would recommend for all ages!

Great you for all ages! Even my littlest like to just place the game pieces on the board while it’s lit up. My 6 year old finds the game challenging but it’s great that they can choose the level that they would like to play. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a fun challenge!
